The office was busy when I got there for my appointment but the wait wasn't long. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time to the office and she made me feel like I was a long time patient. Once in the room I only waited a few minutes. Dr Pappas was so nice , caring, and professional, he and made sure I was comfortable and in as little pain as possible. He has such a calming voice, explaining everything the test showed, asked what type of procedures I have had in the past and what was going to happen. He never made me feel like he was rushing to get to the next patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone

The doctor listened to my symptoms and did the required treatment. He was careful not to cause me pain during the procedure. Also he instructed me how to care for the site and to call him if certain signs developed.

Dr. Pappas was genuinely concerned with my condition. I agreed with what he told me even though I am in pain I do realize I need to give my knee more time to heal. Hopefully I won't have to keep my 6 week follow-up due to feeling great !
